Saskatchewan Work Experience
The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) offers five sub-categories under the Saskatchewan Experience (In-SK) category for foreign nationals working and living in Saskatchewan on a valid work permit:
Skilled Worker with Existing Work Permit: For skilled workers with at least six months of work experience in Saskatchewan and a full-time job offer in a skilled occupation.
Students: For graduates from Saskatchewan institutions with at least 6 months of work experience in Saskatchewan and a full-time job offer.
Agriculture Talent Pathway: For workers in agricultural occupations with an SINP-approved job offer.
Health Talent Pathway: For healthcare workers with an SINP-approved job offer.
Tech Talent Pathway: For tech and innovation workers with an SINP-approved job offer.
Entrepreneur and Farm
The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) offers three categories for entrepreneurs and farm owners:
Entrepreneur Category: For foreign nationals wishing to start, acquire, or partner in a business in Saskatchewan, and actively manage it while residing in the province. The process includes Expression of Interest (EOI) submission, EOI selection, business establishment, and nomination.
International Graduate Entrepreneur Category: For international students graduating from a Saskatchewan institution, who want to become entrepreneurs and manage a business in Saskatchewan.
Farm Owner and Operator Category: For individuals with farming experience and capital to invest in agricultural operations (crops or livestock) in Saskatchewan.
International Skilled Worker
The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) offers six sub-categories under the International Skilled Worker (ISW) category for skilled workers who want to live and work in Saskatchewan:
Employment Offer: For workers with a skilled job offer in Saskatchewan.
Agriculture Talent Pathway: For workers in agricultural occupations with an SINP-approved job offer.
Health Talent Pathway: For healthcare workers with an SINP-approved job offer.
Tech Talent Pathway: For technology sector workers with a job offer, and optionally in the Express Entry pool.
Occupation In-Demand: For skilled workers in high-demand occupations without a job offer.
Saskatchewan Express Entry: For workers in the Express Entry pool without a job offer.
