Numan Tarin is a seasoned Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with ID# R707413 and is in good standing with the College of Citizenship and Immigration Consultants (CICC). He holds a full L3-IRB license, authorizing him to represent clients before Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and its offices abroad, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), and all divisions of the Immigration Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).

Tarin earned a Master's degree in Public Policy, Administration, and Law from York University, as well as postgraduate diplomas in Management from George Brown College and Canadian Immigration Consulting from Herzing College. With over sixteen years of immigration and refugee experience through government-funded projects in Canada, he formally established Tarin Immigration Services in early 2021 to provide essential immigration support.
